The aim of the game is to use your little dude with the black and pink tophat to stop the little pink bad guys from getting to the center to blow up the PunkTron. You can collect coins dropped by the baddies and save up to upgrade the Punktron. Upgrading it gives it the ability to help you fight back among other things.
