w / s / up / down - move vertically
a / d / left / right - select character
x / space - shoot

So, flashPunk is easy enough that I can make a fully playable mini-game in such little time, I couldn't possibly get bored of it.

In fact, the most difficult thing to do was the very simple AI, because everything else is done within an hour.

Rapid game development made even easier. e:

They are Bullets. Extended from Acrobats. The Ships have an "enemy" Boolean and if that's true, I prepare a flip image and use the flipped Bullet sprite.

Each bullet has xs, ys and atk variables. Depending on who shoots them they either get PitanBullet or AliBullet type collision.

They are moved by their xs and ys every update.

I was originally going to rotate the Bullets and color special ones, but I never actually found the need, and never bothered switching them back. It was after all, a response to a picture a friend sent me.
